Anthony Durham

Anthony Durham currently works as a Territory Sales Manager for Standard Motor Products. He has over 40 years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry. Over that time, he has held many Automotive Management and Sales positions from Retail Sales Associate to District Sales Manager. He currently holds industry recognized Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications as an Automotive Parts Specialist and Automotive Service Consultant.

Born and raised in the Richmond/El Cerrito area, he attended John F. Kennedy High School, UC Berkeley and Contra Costa College. Fueled by the careers of my mother and aunt as educators, along with the challenges he faced as a single parent fighting for his daughter’s school choice, he developed a passion for children’s education, parent involvement and parent’s choice of school for their children. To begin addressing this calling, in 2018, he founded Parents of the Pack (POP), the parent organization at Summit Tamalpais School in Richmond, California. I currently serve as the President Emeritus of POP.

He is also a member and Parent Leader of the Contra Costa County Charter Coalition (5C). 5C is acommunity of charter schools united to uplift the voice of parents and their right to make decisions as to where their children receive their education. He has been a part of 5C since its beginning in 2022. To help keep myself spiritually grounded, he is a devoted member of St. Peter C.M.E. Church in El Cerrito, where he serves as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees and Vice President of Ministry to men.
